By downloading, installing, or using the Swipeversum mobile application ("App") or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (https://swipeversum.com/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian review these Terms with you.

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes but is not limited to: spam, harassment, hate speech, violence, nudity, illegal content, or content that harms others. Abusive users may be removed immediately. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
You retain ownership of content you submit (entries, comments, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the App and for operating the service.
You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. We do not endorse any user content and are not responsible for it.
We filter objectionable content through user reports and manual review. Users can report content or users via the in-app report feature. We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and taking action (including suspension or termination) against the user who posted it. You can also block abusive users; blocked users' content is removed from your feed instantly.
You may block other users at any time. When you block a user, their content is immediately removed from your feed. Blocking also notifies us so we can review and take appropriate action against abusive behavior.
The App may offer a prize pool funded by advertising revenue. Prizes are awarded to top performers in rankings according to our rules. Eligibility, amounts, and distribution are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the prize pool at any time. Winners who provide payout details (bank or PayPal) do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues with third-party payment processing. Payouts may be subject to tax reporting requirements in your jurisdiction.
The App, including its design, features, and content (other than user content), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. "Swipeversum" and related marks are our trademarks.
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., authentication, advertising). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swipeversum, its developer, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For any dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@swipeversum.com to attempt resolution. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Section 13. If you are in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
